GPS Guard Tracking & Geofence Monitoring
Guards check in and out at each assigned post with GPS verification. The system records coordinates and timestamps for every action, and geofence technology confirms guards are at the correct location. GPS coordinates are captured only at the moment of guard action — location is not continuously tracked. GPS check-in data is automatically purged after 1 year.
Photo-Documented Incident Reporting
Every incident report includes photo evidence, GPS coordinates, severity classification (Low, Medium, High, Critical), and a detailed narrative. Incidents are categorized by type including Trespass, Theft, Suspicious Activity, Medical, Fire, and more. Management reviews each report before it is delivered to clients.
Vehicle Logging & BOLO Alert System
Guards log vehicles observed on patrol with license plate, state, color, make, model, direction of travel, GPS coordinates, and photo evidence. Administrators create internal BOLO (Be On The Lookout) alerts with severity levels and auto-expiration dates. When a guard logs a plate matching an active BOLO, the system immediately flags the entry and emails all organization admins. Full CSV export available. Vehicle log data is automatically purged after 2 years. This system does not access law enforcement databases (NCIC/NLETS) — it is for private property security documentation only.
Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform
OmegaGuard Pro operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform with full data isolation. Each subscribing security company gets completely isolated data — their guards, zones, schedules, incidents, vehicle logs, BOLO alerts, and alarm settings are invisible to every other organization.
